Faq Informations

	What is the Platinum Shop?

Coming up as a new addition to the game, welcome the new Platinum currency, Platinum Shop and Platinum Trader!

These are part of a once-per-month event, that will allow you to trade existing inventory items at the Platinum Trader in exchange for Platinum currency, which you can then use to acquire useful in-stock items at the Platinum Shop.

In order to have access to the Platinum Shop and Platinum Trader you must be at least Account Level 10.

To see your Platinum balance, you currently must go into either the Platinum Trader or Shop. There is no limit into how much Platinum you can hold in your balance, however there may be a monthly limit on the amount of Platinum you can trade. Any Platinum remaining when the Platinum Trader leaves will remain on your account until the next time they visit; however, it may not be visible in your inventory when the Trader is not present.

Any trades or purchases you do with Platinum are final, and they will be visible through the Recent Activity history, just like with other in-game items.

Dryads of the Ancient Bloom Heroes
There are a total of two (2) new heroes added to Beta for testing. They will be pullable in the Solstice Summon.

The names of the new heroes are:

Dryads of the Ancient Bloom Family

Heroes become stronger when teamed with other unique Heroes of the same family.

 Bonus for 1 / 2 / 3 Heroes:

All allies get +50/+60/+70 health regeneration stack each time this character attempts to Mesmerize an Enemy. (Max stacks: 10)

Some under-the-hood refactoring, resulting in minor changes to stat bonuses while leveling troops from min to max. Stat bonuses at max level are unchanged.

This thread is for information and discussion on the Springvale Festival 2026

	Spring Booster

This will be an offer, which is available through the Santa’s Challenge event, and it contains of two components:

 Battle Bonus

 Stage Gift

The offer also contains 300 gems and 1 Epic Hero tokens, Duke Whitley Avatar.

The price was 11.99 USD in 2022.

 Battle bonus

All of your heroes receive stat boost based on their rarity:

Legendary Heroes have the following bonus in the event:

 +15% attack, +15% defense, +15% health

Epic Heroes have the following bonus in the event:

 +25% attack, +25% defense, +25% health

Rare Heroes have the following bonus in the event:

 +50% attack, +50% defense, +50% health

 Stage Gift

If you buy the Santa’s Booster, then a icon will be shown after each stage, which you can open after you finished that level.

If you buy the offer after you have completed some stages, then you are still able to open the gifts for the already completed stages.

Each stage gives either Food or Iron Bundles (50k / 100k / 250k), and some additional items.

 Special Game-Play - Egg Bombs!

 Easy, Normal and Advanced Modes

New for 2020, there are now three Modes for the Seasonal Event — Easy (new), Normal, and Advanced. You can play any or all three, and must complete each Stage sequentially in that mode to advance.

The Modes are separated, a bit like Tiers in Challenge Events.

Unlike Normal/Hard Modes in Atlantis, advancing in the Easy or Normal Modes won’t give you access to the corresponding Stages in Advanced. You need to beat each Stage in each mode to progress. And unlike Normal/Hard Modes in Valhalla, the Modes can be played entirely separately — you could start with Advanced, for instance, without playing Easy and Normal.

 Stages

Like previous versions of Santa's Challenge, there are 20 Stages per Difficulty Mode.

With the addition of Easy, that now means there are a total of 60 Stages across the three Difficulty Modes.

 No Hero Restrictions

Unlike Challenge Events, there are no restrictions on Hero or Troop rarity in the Easy, Normal, and Advanced Modes. There are also no restrictions on Hero Classes, unlike Class Trials.

You’re free to use any heroes you’d like!

 No Replaying Completed Stages

Unlike Challenge Events, Seasonal Events don’t allow replaying a completed Stage — much like how Quests & the Ninja Tower work.

Once you beat each Stage, it’s locked, and once you beat the entirety of the Seasonal Event, you can’t play any more.

If you fail at a Stage, you can retry as many times as you’d like, up until the Event ends.

Epic Hero Tokens Can Be Used for Seasonal Summoning

The Seasonal Summons replaces the regular Epic Hero Summons.

Because of that, unlike Challenge Event Summons, the Summoning Portal for Seasonal Events allows using saved up Epic Hero Tokens that can otherwise normally only be used for Epic Hero Summons.

That makes Seasonal Events the only place you can currently use Epic Hero Tokens for a chance at non-Season 1 heroes.

 Festive Stronghold

During each of the Seasonal Events, your Base is updated in the spirit of the season.

For Springvale, this includes colorful eggs, and vibrant plant life all around your Base.

Details from Beta, especially brand-new Beta content, don’t tend to be very reliable for actual release.

It’s incredibly common that features are changed during Beta testing, or sometimes even after testing but before release. That is, after all, the purpose of Beta testing.

So I wouldn’t get too attached to any of this — it’s not unheard of for entire portions of features to be removed or reworked, or for radical changes to functionality to be made.
