It is hard to vote... I loved Melia when I got her. Now, late in the game, she is useless. If you have just started playing, she is pretty good. I like the original better than the costume.

Of course, you will always get better or stronger heroes as you progress in the game. When I got her, she became a permanent member in my team. I used normal Melia in farming, and Melia (C1) in raid attacks. Even though normal Melia was better overall, because in farming and events you can use arrow attack to blind the monsters and don't need her blinding skills.
