Even though it's expensive, I've expanded my space with gems every now and then, because I'm always faced with the choice of either doing that or pulling more Dawas...

Complaints have already led to changes. And this isn’t about getting something for free, because nothing is free and services must be paid for. No one wants to work for free. It’s simply a matter of capping the costs.

Just like @ A&T said. A cap of 500 gems for 5 slots would be reasonable. I'm at 354, the next 5 will cost 500.
