Welcome to the official Soul Exchange Prediction League!

I started this game years ago on the old forum, and it feels only right to bring it back exactly where it belongs.

How it works

Predict the heroes you think will appear in the next Soul Exchange.

Each correct hero prediction earns 1 point.

If you predict both the correct hero and the correct tier (10 / 15 / 20 souls), you earn 2 points.

Example scoring

You guess Gastille, but do not include a tier - or you include the wrong tier: 1 point

You guess Gastille and also correctly predict the tier: 2 points

Prize

The player with the highest total score wins an exclusive forum badge and the grand prize.

Grand Prize

1300 Gems

Calculated gem value of the top prize

The gem amount shown is a calculated value only. The actual prize you will receive is £5 via PayPal, Revolut, or Steam Gift.

If there are tied winners, the one who posted first wins the gems - the others will still win the badge, minimum of 20 participants.

Rules

The Prediction League opens immediately after the current Soul Exchange ends.

It closes as soon as leaks, hints, or an official voting list become known.

Each entry must contain 5 heroes in each tier.

You must include the hero element: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Purple.

You may include no more than 3 heroes of the same element across your prediction.

You do not need to use the template, but doing so makes scoring easier.

Do not edit your post. Delete and repost if changes are needed.

If players tie, all tied players will receive the badge.

15 Souls:
Hero Name - Red
Hero Name - Green
Hero Name - Blue

20 Souls:
Hero Name - Red
Hero Name - Green
Hero Name - Blue
Hero Name - Yellow

Welp, this thread is going to get a mite more unpredictable if the changes in Beta 

actually occur, namely, if the tiers go from 10/15/20 to 5/15/50. 

I don't even know where to begin with that: would the new 5 tier still be the same "sort" of hero as the old 10 tier?  (Hopefully not weaker, given many folks' general opinion of 10s already.)

Would the 15 tier be "the same" as prior 15 tiers?  Or would it be more like the old 20 tier?

But the 50 tier?  Assuming community backlash doesn't cause that to be brought down a little bit from geosynchronous-orbit levels, would these be genuinely brand-new or near-new Borg-paradigm Most Favored Heroes of the Moment?

Certainly makes it harder for me to adjust and host before the next one comes out - I will continue as normal and the tiers will be dynamic and change with whatever is the final change - all people need to know is low > mid > high in terms of tier.

Welp, if they do go to 50 heroes for the top tier I can safely say I'll never be drawing from that lot.
