Do you want a really good healer or one of the best snipers?

They are 2 different classes entirely so it comes down to 1. Do you want heal 2. Do you want damage

Devyani: hard‑hitting sniper; also good on Titans and offense.
Jyoti: solid support; heal + immunity + mana from altered shields.

If you already have good support heroes, pick Devyani (I know I would )

As long as you can LB1 both, go for Devyani LB2. Hitters need the stats much more than healers. A brand new healer will do just fine for a while without the LB2.
