These new HOTM (and even recent ones) are quite disappointing.  Most have multiple things holding me back from leveling (stats, mana speed, amount of damage, number of targets hit).

I'm starting to get tired of heroes with too many conditionalss. Soon we will have something like: "Deals 180% damage to the targer and minor damage to nearby enemies. IF the enemy is defeated, all enemies suffer 1080 poison damage over 5 turns. IF the enemy is already poisoned, he sufers 2080 damage instead. IF the enemy is resistant to poison, all allies counterattack with 50% damage for 3 turns. IF the ally is already counterattacking, the damage becomes 80% and lasts for 1 turn longer. IF the caster is defeated within 3 rounds, he is revived as a useless stone and cannot gain mana, attack or take damage and is defeated if the rest of the party is defeated as well". Speed: Very slow.

Some of the new heroes have so many conditionals that I can't even read the text when I click on the opponent in a raid battle. It's microscopic. I swear some of them the text is like 2 pixels high.

Oh, wonderful, more CATTING cats.  So if and when I manage the planetary alignment necessary for a HotM to actually Do The Whole Thing, the cat just bounces back from the dead instantly with a bored yawn.  

Again.

("Kill the cat last" is not a very comforting tactic when cats are (A) tanking (b) taking up several positions in the team (c) across several teams in various war targets and (d) in between, say, Mahayoddha heroes with stats of Infinity/Infinity/Infinity.)

It feels like we are long overdue for an anti-cat HotM. (And some more-widely-accessible-for-non-Borg-player Growth-busting, never mind Growth-stealing.) 

Yeah, right.

New Tournament Rule in Dragonspire: First Strike

  • Attacking Dragons get a First Strike Bonus for the first battle of the day:
    • +150% :attack: attack
    • +100% :defense: defense
    • +100% 🤍 health
    • The First Strike Bonus resets daily.
  • Defending Dragons get a Defender's Bonus for all battles:
    • +125% :attack: attack
    • +75% :defense: defense
    • +75% 🤍 health

Fixes and adjustments to the Wild Cat family
Passive Skill: Nine Lives :passive_revive_chance_nine_lives:

  • Fixed issue with the revive being preventable with certain status ailments
  • Fixed issue with the passive reviving heroes with an inconsistent amount of mana
  • Balance changes
    • The initial revive is now guaranteed, but the chance to revive on subsequent defeats is reduced slightly more than it was previously
      • Increased health on revive: 50% -> 60%
      • Reduced mana on revive: 80% -> 60%

Legendary Troops Leveling Update

  • Some under-the-hood refactoring, resulting in minor changes to stat bonuses while leveling troops from min to max. Stat bonuses at max level are unchanged.

:titan_item_skull: Mythic Titan Rewards

  • We are raising the floor for Mythic Titan rewards across the board, with updated summon tokens, more emblems, more food and iron, and increased odds for higher-rarity ascension items.
  • All reward tiers now have less random variance and more reliable rewards.
  • All reward tiers guarantee a selection of Titan parts. In addition, the higher reward tiers guarantee 3* minimum rarity for battle items and crafting materials.
  • The odds and the reward distribution are not finalized yet.

Solstice summon is back with guaranteed ascension mechanic when summoning heroes!

  • For each summoned Legendary Hero you get 3 bonus draws. Each Bonus Draw has 30% chance for a Legendary Hero and 70% chance for a Rare or Epic Hero.

How many hero families have they previewed without actually introducing them now?

Scoundrels, Rats, probably something I am forgetting... and now Dryads... So rats to follow cats on the wilderness, scoundrels for the next coventant family after the curernt constructs and Dryads the next AQ? Those all have families that have been around for a while now...
Challenge events just recently got the long time previewed vegetables, The Mahayodha got their own new portal.

they probably had events in mind for them all in the beginning, but gave up on them later? 😆
