Maximum roster cap! And related cost!

What's the biggest roster cap you ever heard of? And how many gems are needed to increase? 

Mine is at 218 roster space and I need 250 gems to increase. Definitely goes in the minimum category! I hate buying roster space! It should be free! 

Now let's see can anyone break this record: 2599 roster space and 4850 gems to increase? Yeah SG stops giving WE and roster space when you reach level 200 but gem prices!!!! No cap for the increase! Five small digital space can be the reason for a mortgage! What are they thinking? 

Another record: 11295 roster space and 3450 gems for the increase. So at one point when you buy roster space it increases the gem cost no matter what! Who thought of that? Even if they want you to spend gems they should keep it at 500 or below. At this point, unlocking 5 slots feels like trying to buy real estate on Mars.

Your mentioned dimensions are insane, hilarious and outrageous at the same time.

I'm at 339 roster space and an expansion costs 500 gems.

11295 roster spots?!? I'm not sure I've even done 11295 portal summons in the eight years I've been playing!

One annoying thing I've noticed is that gem costs go up for roster slots even after buying a deal that includes roster spots without using gems.

For the record I'm at 392 roster spots and 600 gems for 5 more. And I haven't used gems to buy slots since it reached 500.

Edit: I also think it should be free, or at the very least more generous on levelling up. Also teams.Why would teams be limited to five, and have to pay for more? I do know why ... follow the money!

There was ideas on another platform that I can't recall them all but one was Def buy in a deal that did happen. 

What does the shop offer? Seen a few things in there to get via gems is this new ISH or kinda the same ..  (honestly I don't look every day)

Doubt sgg gonna budge giving free.. unless a quest maybe?  

Maybe a cheap gem offer in store if not already featured.. What's a reasonable offer?

Just like @ A&T said. A cap of 500 gems for 5 slots would be reasonable. 
I'm at 354, the next 5 will cost 500.

Currently on Level 115, I am capped at 408, it will take me 600 gems to add an additional 5.

I play as a collector, so I've managed to hold onto one copy of every 3* and above I've acquired on my roster.  Dupes are not kept, I am only temporarily holding onto dupe 5* I get to exchange for Soul Exchange.  I currently have 6 free roster spots left to collect feeders from the various training camps.  It is a good thing costumes don't cost roster space.

With the number of heroes in this game, they should definitely be more generous with the ones being given at every other level ups.

same old... Lots of things should be free... But they aren´t because SG can make money selling them. So why on Earth would they hand them out for free?

No point complaining about it. If you feel strongly about it, and you think other people do, too: organize a strike, if you can make 100 whales stop spending money they will listen. Otherwise stop wasting your time on complaints and dreams that will never happen.

I think my roster space right now costs 850 gems and I never buy those roster space deals, because they are horrible deals. It´s cheaper to buy the space with gems.

Mainly I am hoping they do some nice SE rework so I can start getting rid of more than 15 or 20 old junkers at a time

As a FTP collector, the gem cost hurts  Only have 10-12 or so free spots for feeders.

At this point the gem cost for me is too much, so if I need it I wait for deals I pay cash with to expand roster slots.

Complaints have already led to changes. And this isn’t about getting something for free, because nothing is free and services must be paid for. No one wants to work for free. It’s simply a matter of capping the costs.

The limits on roster and teams haven't changed since the game was introduced. It was fine for back then, but now with the explosion of heroes and ways to get them in the succeeding years it's a definite bottleneck even for non-spenders. Hasn't kept up with the evolving game.

Well, teams not so much. It would just be a nice QOL improvement to not have to constantly change up my team for every raid/titan.

Even reducing the costs involved would be a step in the right direction.

There's supposed to be a treasure quest one day with free spaces and a roster space pin but... The wait is so long we have time to invent a new calendar and still be on day one of “soon.”

Let's face it, everything in this game cost a fortune, but why have no cap with gems and roster space? To the point it cost a real fortune!? My post was to show how ridiculous it becomes

They release so many heroes, and have no intentions to stop... A cap would be the decent thing to do for huge profits. They put a cap on the war score! 11200, after that it's really hard to climb. Last war my war score climbed of a big 0. I'll see in this one, as we will have another win!

Even though it's expensive, I've expanded my space with gems every now and then, because I'm always faced with the choice of either doing that or pulling more Dawas...

When i lb a hero and use trainers from pog once it finished also with costume chamber.

Birthday through me off with the extras this time and with coach also bit behind on leveling some folk . 

Don't like trainer heros clogging up me roster space .. doubt there be qol on storing else where as been asked for years.

Well it's still in Beta but for now 2x Hero Cap Increase: 8x Platinum that's the cost. Increasing the value of 350 Midnight Roots -> 3 Platinum 

I have 4884 midnight roots so if I choose to use it there it's kind of free...

700x Clean Cloth -> 1x Platinum I have 11 000+ clean cloth

700x Crystal Shard -> 2x Platinum. I have 17278 crystal shards

I'll probably get some roster space out of all of this. They better not increase the price, I still find it's a bit exaggerated it should be 5 platinum.

I have 418 roster slots.  600 gems for 5 more spots.  I'll probably want to buy more spots soon.  It's a great ROI.  Those spaces will fill eventually.  It saves on food and time so if anything it's a quality of life improvement for your self.  I think everyone should consider buying more roster spots.

You got me! Maybe I am the only one who finds that digital space has low value. Or should have low value.

Whatever people are willing to pay money for, has value. People decide how much they are willing to pay for a thing. If they wouldn´t pay the price, SG would sell it cheaper. If people weren´t willing to pay anything at all for that thing, SG would probably hand it out for free, because it would not have value for them... Same as loot tickets or time savers or gems for that matter. SG sells it for as much as they can. If people stopped paying for something, that thing would get cheaper. if people stopped paying altogether, the game would stop existing. It´s its own little market economy. Except in a much purer form than in reality, non of these pesky laws and regulations or even morals to deal with  We can happily acquire murderers and weapons of mass destruction here without having to worry about how anyone views our moral integrity  Man, I am on a roll today, I guess I better go back under and go kill a few folks
